The new fitness center in the Merillat Sport and Fitness Center officially opened on Monday, March 30, 2015 to all Adrian College students, faculty and staff.
The Duffy Family Fitness Center is a state of the art facility home to many amenities. The weight room is equipped with cardio machines such as treadmills, stair steppers, elliptical machines, rowing machines, and stationary bikes. It is also home to a variety of weight machines, squat racks, and free weights. Students, staff, and faculty have full access to men's and women's locker rooms equipped with a steam room and a sauna.
It can be accessed 24 hours a day with appropriate credentials. Adrian College's weight room is equipped with Living Fit dumbbells.
