ALMA, Mich. - The Adrian College women's volleyball team hit the road for a conference clash against Alma College in an intense MIAA showdown.

The opening set was a nail-biter, with both teams trading points in a tightly contested battle. Alma managed to pull ahead in the final moments to take the set, and carried that momentum into the second to go up 2-0.

Refusing to back down, the Bulldogs came out strong in the third set. Fueled by standout performances, Adrian edged out Alma 25-23 to stay alive in the match. Megan Feldmann continued her dominant season, leading the team with 12 kills, while Khloe Budzynski added 10 of her own. Setting the tempo for the offense, Emma Leinberger delivered an impressive 41 assists on the night.

In the fourth set, Alma managed to regain control and close out the match despite a strong defensive effort from the Bulldogs. Kora Nicolanti anchored the back row with 13 digs, and Rainie Atherton chipped in with nine.
