ADRIAN, Mich. -- The Adrian College women's volleyball team hosted Siena Heights University on Friday evening at the Merillat Sport and Fitness Center. The Bulldogs grabbed a 3-1 victory over the Saints with set scores of 25-13, 18-25, 25-16, and 25-18. Adrian picks up its ninth victory of the season and defeats Siena Heights for the first since since 2005.

The Bulldogs came out hot in the first set posting an attack percentage of .351. Adrian picked up 15 kills on 37 attacks with two errors.The Bulldogs struggled in the second set but bounced back with a .250 hitting percentage in the third and a .191 in the fourth set collecting 14 kills in each.

Mallory Dorow led the Bulldogs with 17 kills followed by 15 from Amber Morris. Lana Cox collected six aces on the evening while Hailey Farrell added 42 assists. Mya Minjares led with 21 digs followed by 17 from Morris and 16 from Farrell.

Adrian returns to action at home on Tuesday, October 10 when they host Kuyper College at 7:00 PM at the Merillat Sport and Fitness Center.
